Water Spouts
A waterspout is like a Tornado but appears over the water it, It is a pillar of wet air that connects to a cloud. It is described as if it is a magic beanstalk.
There are two kinds of waterspouts - Non Tornadic and Tornadic. They both need different kinds of weather. Most waterspouts are Non Tornadic and are less dangerous than Tornadic waterspouts. Tornadic waterspouts can suck up schools of fish.
You need perfect conditions for a waterspout. The air needs to be warm and slightly windy and there should be Cumulous clouds, (puffy clouds with a flat base).
There are 5 stages for a waterspout to appear. The first stage would be that there would be dark areas in the water. In the second stage spiral patterns would appear in the water. The third stage would be that the air would go horizontally and would spin. The fourth stage would be that the spout would be seen but it would kind of be transparent. The fifth stage would be the funnel will weaken and it would rain and the warmth of the air would feed the waterspout and would only last for ten minutes.
