Equipment
Cotton balls, PVA glue, tissues, a tissue box, paint brush, Tape.
How did you use your equipment? Explain your steps.
First we put glue all around the egg.
Then we put the cotton balls all over the egg.
Next We put on another layer of glue.
After that we Put on tissues for extra protection and we also taped it so it would hold.
When we finished that we put in the tissue box.
Then we put a tissue in the hole and taped it.
The final step was we glued the bottom of the box and put on cotton balls and tissues to give it a soft landing when it falls.
Did your creation successfully protect your egg from cracking?
No it didn’t.
Why was it successful/not successful?
It wasn’t successful because I might of put on too much tape around the egg and it must of put pressure on it and cracked it.
What would you change for next time?
I would put cotton balls and tissues around the whole box and put tissues inside of the tissue box.
I also would've put on less tape around the egg.
What was your favourite part of this challenge?
Getting my hands sticky and dropping it from the top of the door.
